New To Liverpool? Start Here
Where a smashed-patty shop sits in Liverpool's food scene, and what to order the first time you walk in.

Liverpool eats well and it eats broadly. Western Sydney has charcoal chicken, Lebanese bakeries, Vietnamese soup shops and late-night grills within a few minutes of each other, so a burger shop here can't coast on novelty. It has to be worth choosing over everything else on the street.
Where we sit
We're a smashed-patty shop with a wider board than most: char-grilled chicken and southern-fried tenders, wagyu and Angus beef, home-made lamb kafta, a camel patty, grilled halloumi, a beetroot-quinoa vegan build and crispy fish. If someone in your group doesn't eat beef, nobody has to sit there with a side of fries for dinner.
Your first order
If it's your first time and you want the safest good decision, order The Chef's Signature — Angus, smashed, with a bit of a kick. If you'd rather start with chicken, The Signature Grill is char-grilled rather than fried, so you can taste the meat instead of the batter.
Add the combo for $6 and you get fries and a drink with it. Our fries come with special spice and creamy aioli as standard, so you don't need to build them up.
Practical bits
Order online for delivery or pickup if you're mid-errand — Liverpool parking is Liverpool parking. If you're eating in, come slightly before or after the standard lunch and dinner rush and everything comes out faster and hotter.
The full board, with prices and what's in every build, is on the burgers page, and the sourcing and cooking detail lives on our food.
